The Stradic CI4+ features Aero Wrap II technology that reduces line-to-line friction for longer, smoother casting and is built with stiff yet lightweight CI4+ material. The MGL rotor is 25% lighter than other rotors and requires 22% less inertia, giving the reel an overall smoother feel. Plus, the Shimano Stradic CI4+ has S A-RB bearings with shields on both sides to prevent salt or sand from inhibiting the bearings' rotation.
